1. How we collect and use your personal information.

We will follow the principles of what is lawful, legal and necessary to collect and use the personal information that you voluntarily provide in the course of using our services or that is generated as a result of using our products and/or services for the following purposes as set out in this policy. If we wish to use your personal information for purposes other than those specified in this Policy, or if we wish to use the information we have collected for other purposes based on a particular purpose, we will notify you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before using it. Registration and Login

1.4 Once you have successfully registered your Sola account, we will display your personal information in the application.

When You Use Platform Services

2.1 We automatically collect information from you, such as your Open ID, IP address, device information code, device information series ID, Android ID, registration time, login time and records of your use of the Services, such as the date and time stamp of the operation. We also collect and store the following information about you:

2.1.1 The information you voluntarily provide to us when you set your profile picture and country in the App;

2.1.2 each time you interact with us, for example, when you chat with us using the in-app feedback or customer service features;

2.1.3 If you use our chat services, we will process and transmit such data using end-to-end encryption so that your messages can be securely transmitted to other users; unless the user receiving your message or you are not online, we will not store the information generated when you use our chat services. After the offline message is received or the message is not received for more than 90 days, we will delete the temporary message;

2.1.4 When you make a transaction through Google Play or the iOS App Store and other third parties, we collect information to facilitate your transaction and maintain transaction records (including Open ID and user information fees, currency, products purchased, purchase history, IP address, transaction details, and device details such as operating system version, mobile phone model or device type, and Internet connection);

2.1.5 If you contact our support team to resolve a problem such as a program error, we will collect some information, including your name, OpenID, device ID, application version, battery level, WiFi intensity, available device space, network type, operating system version, browser type, platform, operator, country/region code, email address and any information you provide in the message. You may also choose to provide photos to illustrate any errors;

2.1.6 If you need to share content within the App with other apps, we will read your list of installed apps so that the sharing operation can be completed. If you do not provide this permission, it will not affect your use of other features of our Application.

2.2 Secure Operation. To ensure the safe operation of the Software and Services, we collect your device model, device name, device ID (including IMEI, IMSI, and Android ID), browser type and settings, language settings, operating system version, application version, network device hardware address, login IP address, network access method, network quality data, mobile network information (including operator name), and product version number. In order to protect your account from malicious use by other users, please understand that we will dynamically detect if there is an abnormal login to your account. Each time you switch or restart the application, we may re-read your device ID information, and we will control the frequency of the re-reading within a reasonable range.

2.3 When you use the Platform Services, our security and anti-cheating features will (i) analyze the status of user devices to detect security risks and cheating; (ii) detect whether your username, bio, profile photo, or chat messages contain malicious information.

2.4 Positioning Function. In some Managed Areas, we may collect your Global Positioning System (GPS) data and mobile device location information with your permission. If you don't want us to know your exact location, you can turn off location-based services through the settings on your mobile device. GPS location information is sensitive personal information. If you choose not to provide such information, you will not be able to use the location-based services described above, but your use of other features of Sola will not be affected.

2.5 Customer Service and Support Functions. When you contact our customer service representatives or request customer support for our products and/or services, for the security of your account and system, we may require you to provide relevant personal information that matches the personal information you previously provided to us to verify your user identity. After successful verification, we may collect the information when you chat with us (account information, order information, and image/video/text information and relevant information provided by you to prove relevant facts), your contact information, and records of your chat with us, including online chat records and mobile phone records, in order to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible and to improve our products and/or services. At the same time, we may contact you by telephone, SMS, system message and other relevant means to resolve any issues you may have in using our products and services.

2.6 In order to ensure that you can maintain instant messaging with the background server when using Sola's services and receive personalized content pushes in a timely manner, we will i) obtain and invoke your boot broadcast permission to launch Sola's or its affiliates' mobile client software; ii) use a third party push messaging service to generate an ID for you to identify the uniqueness of your device.

2.7 Summary of Device Permission Invocation

2.7.1 Camera, provide to us when you set your profile picture and avatar in the App;

2.7.2 Microphone, provide to us when you in livestream chat room microphone to speak in the App;

2.7.3 Photo Library, provide to us when you set your profile picture and avatar in the App;

In the course of providing services to you at Sola, we may invoke some of your device permissions. You can choose to close some or all permissions in the device settings. The manner in which permissions are displayed and closed may vary from device to device.

2.8 In order to comply with our legal obligations and, where necessary, to protect the public interest or the vital interests of users and others, we may use your information to help us prevent and respond to abuse, fraud, illegal activities and other potentially harmful content.

Exceptions to Permitted Consent

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we may collect and use some necessary personal information without your authorized consent in the following circumstances:

(1) Information related to the performance of our obligations under laws and regulations;

(2) Information directly related to national security and national defense;

(3) Information directly related to public security, public health and vital public interests;

We will limit the SDK service providers by cooperation agreement. However, third party SDK providers may collect your personal information. The collection and processing of information and other activities of such service providers are subject to their own privacy policies and do not apply to this Policy. To ensure the maximum security of your information, we recommend that you review the privacy policy of any third-party SDK service before using it. In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, if you find that there is a risk in this SDK or other similar applications, we suggest that you immediately stop the relevant operations and contact us in a timely manner.

Message Push Service: In order to provide you with message push, third party push service providers may obtain your Push SDK version number, necessary device information, mobile phone status information, geographic location information, and network related information in order to push information that may be of more interest to you;

(4) If you choose to participate in activities organized by us or our affiliates or third parties on the Platform, you may be asked to provide your name, gender, mailing address, contact information and bank account information. This is sensitive personal information. If you choose not to provide this information, it may affect your participation in related activities, but it will not affect your use of other features. We will only share this information with our affiliates or third parties with your consent to ensure that you receive a consistent service experience during the activities.

5. How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app by tapping on Settings - Account - Linked Accounts - Delete Account; After deleting your account, your personal information will be removed from Sola, except for the personal information that we are required to retain by law (such as the information related to your transactions in Sola, and the data that should be retained as clearly required by the government or by law).

6. Special Instructions for Use of Third Party Products and/or Services.
